Article R6223-85 of the French Public Health Code

The “société de participations financières de profession libérale de biologistes médicaux” shall inform the general director of the regional health agency within whose jurisdiction the registered office of the company is located, and the president of the council of the competent order or orders, within one month of the date on which the change occurs, of any change in the last situation declared pursuant to articles R. 6223-80 to R. 6223-82, with supporting documents.

Under the same conditions, when the company holds a stake in the capital of a private practice company for medical biologists, its legal representative sends the president of the council of the competent order(s), and the director general of the regional health agency within whose jurisdiction the company’s registered office is located, an information notice naming the private practice company and specifying the breakdown of capital resulting from this stake, within one month of the date on which it was acquired.

La société de participations financières de profession libérale de biologistes médicaux fait connaître, à peine d’inopposabilité aux tiers, au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé dans le ressort duquel est situé le siège social de la société, et au président du conseil du ou des ordres compétents, dans le mois suivant la date à laquelle il se produit, tout changement dans la dernière situation déclarée en application des articles R. 6223-80 à R. 6223-82, avec les pièces justificatives.

Dans les mêmes conditions, lorsque la société participe au capital d’une société d’exercice libéral de biologistes médicaux, son représentant légal communique au président du conseil du ou des ordres compétents, ainsi qu’au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé dans le ressort de laquelle est situé le siège social de la société, une note d’information désignant la société d’exercice libéral et précisant la répartition du capital issue de cette participation, dans le mois suivant la date d’acquisition de celle-ci.
