For medical biology laboratories under the authority of the Minister of Defence and appearing on the list provided for in II of Article L. 6147-7, the certificate referred to in Article R. 6222-10 is sent by this Minister to the relevant regional health agency as soon as it is received.
Pour les laboratoires de biologie médicale relevant de l’autorité du ministre de la défense et figurant sur la liste prévue au II de l’article L. 6147-7, l’attestation mentionnée à l’article R. 6222-10 est, dès sa réception, communiquée par ce ministre à l’agence régionale de santé concernée.
