Article R6224-8 of the French Labour Code

When a minor apprentice is employed by an ascendant, the declaration provided for in article L. 6222-5, signed by the ascendant employer, is signed by the apprentice and stamped by the director of the apprentice training centre.

It is sent to the skills operator and is subject to the filing procedure under the conditions laid down in this chapter.

Lorsqu’un apprenti mineur est employé par un ascendant, la déclaration prévue à l’article L. 6222-5, souscrite par l’ascendant employeur, est revêtue de la signature de l’apprenti et est visée par le directeur du centre de formation d’apprentis.

Elle est transmise à l’opérateur de compétences et soumise à la procédure de dépôt dans les conditions prévues au présent chapitre.
