Article R6225-3 of the French Labour Code

When it is established by the departments referred to in article R. 6225-1 that an employer, as apprenticeship master, is failing to comply with his obligations under the apprenticeship contract or is no longer able to provide the required guarantees of good character, the Labour Inspectorate inspector will give him formal notice to rectify the situation and take the measures or provide the guarantees required to ensure satisfactory training.

Lorsqu’il est constaté par les services mentionnés à l’article R. 6225-1 qu’un employeur, en tant que maître d’apprentissage, méconnaît les obligations mises à sa charge par le contrat d’apprentissage ou ne présente plus les garanties de moralité requises, l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail le met en demeure de régulariser la situation et de prendre les mesures ou d’assurer les garanties de nature à permettre une formation satisfaisante.
