Article R6225-6 of the French Labour Code

When the Prefect decides to oppose the hiring of apprentices, in application of article L. 6225-1 or article R. 6223-16, the employer may ask him to put an end to this opposition.
He shall attach to his request any supporting evidence to show that he is fulfilling his obligations under this code or under other legal provisions applicable to young workers and apprentices.

Article R6225-6

Lorsque le préfet prend une décision d’opposition à l’engagement d’apprentis, en application de l’article L. 6225-1 ou de l’article R. 6223-16, l’employeur peut lui demander de mettre fin à cette opposition.
Il joint à sa demande toutes justifications de nature à établir qu’il remplit les obligations mises à sa charge par le présent code ou par d’autres dispositions légales applicables aux jeunes travailleurs et aux apprentis.
