Article R6226-3 of the French Labour Code

I.-The information appearing on the assignment contract in application of article L. 1251-16 is supplemented by the information appearing on the apprentice secondment contract provided for in article R. 6226-2.

II – The temporary work agency will send the apprentice’s assignment contract to the director of the apprentice training centre as soon as it has been signed. It will inform the director of the apprentice training centre of any changes concerning the apprenticeship supervisor appointed within the user company.

III – Suspension of the apprenticeship contract, pursuant to the provisions of article L. 6225-4, entails suspension of the apprentice’s contract of employment. Termination of the apprenticeship contract, in application of the provisions of article L. 6225-5, entails termination of the apprentice’s contract of employment.

I.-Les mentions figurant sur le contrat de mission en application de l’article L. 1251-16 sont complétées par les mentions du contrat de mise à disposition de l’apprenti prévues à l’article R. 6226-2.

II.-L’entreprise de travail temporaire adresse le contrat de mission de l’apprenti, dès sa conclusion, au directeur du centre de formation d’apprentis. Elle l’informe de tout changement concernant le maître d’apprentissage désigné au sein de l’entreprise utilisatrice.

III.-La suspension du contrat d’apprentissage, en application des dispositions de l’article L. 6225-4, emporte la suspension du contrat de mission de l’apprenti. La rupture du contrat d’apprentissage, en application des dispositions de l’article L. 6225-5, emporte la rupture du contrat de mission de l’apprenti.
