Article R623-53 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The period provided for in the last paragraph of Article L. 623-27-1 and given to the applicant to appeal on the merits is twenty working days or thirty-one calendar days, whichever is longer, from the day on which the seizure or description took place.

Le délai prévu au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 623-27-1 et imparti au demandeur pour se pourvoir au fond est de vingt jours ouvrables ou de trente et un jours civils si ce délai est plus long, à compter du jour où est intervenue la saisie ou la description.
