Article R624-16 of the French Commercial code

In the event of reclamation of the price of the assets pursuant to Article L. 624-18, the corresponding sums paid by the sub-purchaser after the opening of the proceedings must be paid by the debtor or the administrator into the hands of the mandataire judiciaire. The latter shall remit them to the claiming creditor up to the amount of his claim.

Article R624-16

En cas de revendication du prix des biens en application de l’article L. 624-18, les sommes correspondantes payées par le sous-acquéreur postérieurement à l’ouverture de la procédure doivent être versées par le débiteur ou l’administrateur entre les mains du mandataire judiciaire. Celui-ci les remet au créancier revendiquant à concurrence de sa créance.
