Article R626-31 of the French Commercial code

The court shall rule on the authorisation provided for in Article L. 626-14 at the request of the debtor in the light of the report of the commissaire à l’exécution du plan.

Its decision is notified to the debtor and communicated to the public prosecutor and to the commissioner for the execution of the plan. It is subject to the appeals provided for against decisions amending the plan.

Article R626-31

Le tribunal statue sur l’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 626-14 sur requête du débiteur au vu du rapport du commissaire à l’exécution du plan.

Sa décision est notifiée au débiteur et communiquée au ministère public et au commissaire à l’exécution du plan. Elle est soumise aux recours prévus à l’encontre des décisions modifiant le plan.
