Article R626-41 of the French Commercial code

As soon as the judicial representatives’ end-of-assignment report has been filed with the court registry, the court clerk shall send the debtor, the auditors and the public prosecutor a detailed account of his emoluments, costs and disbursements drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 743-140 to R. 743-157. This account is filed with the court registry and appended to that of the court-appointed agents. It is completed if the court clerk is subsequently called upon to pay other expenses.

Article R626-41

Dès le dépôt au greffe du compte rendu de fin de mission des mandataires de justice, le greffier adresse au débiteur, aux contrôleurs ainsi qu’au ministère public le compte détaillé de ses émoluments, de ses frais et de ses débours établi selon les dispositions des articles R. 743-140 à R. 743-157. Ce compte est déposé au greffe et annexé à celui des mandataires de justice. Il est complété si le greffier est appelé à régler postérieurement d’autres frais.
