Article R626-50 of the French Commercial code

When a case is referred to it pursuant to article L. 626-28, the court shall rule on the basis of a report drawn up by the commissaire à l’exécution du plan.

The court’s decision is communicated to the public prosecutor.

At the debtor’s initiative, decisions relating to the proceedings are struck from the registers in which they were entered.

Article R626-50

Lorsqu’il est saisi en application de l’article L. 626-28, le tribunal statue au vu d’un rapport établi par le commissaire à l’exécution du plan.

La décision du tribunal est communiquée au ministère public.

A l’initiative du débiteur, les décisions relatives à la procédure sont radiées des registres sur lesquels elles ont été portées.
