Article R6261-20 of the French Labour Code

A regulation, drawn up with the agreement of the regional prefect by each mission responsible for the pedagogical supervision of apprenticeship training leading to a diploma and the relevant chamber of trades and crafts or territorial chamber of commerce and industry, sets out the terms of cooperation between the mission and this chamber with a view to coordinating the organisation of inspections.

Un règlement, établi avec l’accord du préfet de région par chaque mission en charge du contrôle pédagogique des formations par apprentissage conduisant à l’obtention d’un diplôme et la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat ou la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale intéressée, fixe les modalités de la coopération entre la mission et cette chambre en vue de coordonner l’organisation des contrôles.
