Article R6312-15 of the French Public Health Code

When they carry out emergency evacuations of disaster victims in accordance witharticle L. 1424-2 of the General Local Authorities Code, when they intervene in the absence of medical transport resources provided for by this section, the crews and vehicles used by the fire and rescue services meet the conditions required for crews and vehicles carrying out emergency medical transport.

When they carry out medical transport under an agreement signed in accordance with article D. 6124-25, they are subject to the conditions required for the issue of the authorisation granted for the performance of medical transport carried out as part of emergency medical aid.

Lorsqu’ils effectuent des évacuations d’urgence de victimes de sinistres conformément à l’article L. 1424-2 du code général des collectivités territoriales, lorsqu’ils interviennent faute de moyens de transports sanitaires prévus par la présente section, les équipages et les véhicules utilisés par les services d’incendie et de secours répondent aux conditions exigées pour les équipages et les véhicules effectuant les transports sanitaires d’urgence.

Lorsqu’ils effectuent des transports sanitaires, dans le cadre d’une convention passée conformément à l’article D. 6124-25, ils sont soumis aux conditions requises pour la délivrance de l’agrément attribué pour l’accomplissement des transports sanitaires effectués dans le cadre de l’aide médicale urgente.
