Article R6316-3 of the French Labour Code

I.-The accreditation of certifier bodies provided for in article L. 6316-2 guarantees compliance with:

1° The standard of the International Organisation for Standardisation corresponding to the activity of certifying products, processes and services;

2° Requirements that make it possible, in particular, to guarantee the competence of auditors for the certification of the bodies mentioned in article L. 6351-1, set by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.

II – The certifying bodies mentioned in I above appear on a list published on the website of the Ministry responsible for vocational training.

Article R6316-3

I.-L’accréditation des organismes certificateurs prévue à l’article L. 6316-2 garantit le respect :

1° De la norme de l’organisation internationale de normalisation correspondant à l’exercice de l’activité de certification des produits, des procédés et des services ;

2° D’exigences permettant notamment de garantir la compétence des auditeurs pour la certification des organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 6351-1, fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.

II.-Les organismes certificateurs mentionnés au I figurent sur une liste publiée sur le site internet du ministère chargé de la formation professionnelle.
