Article R6316-7 of the French Labour Code

The controls mentioned in article L. 6316-3 may be shared between the funders mentioned in article L. 6316-1. These funders shall report to the Minister responsible for vocational training any useful and substantiated information relating to the quality of vocational training courses. When the observations made are likely to call into question a certification issued pursuant to article L. 6316-1, the Minister responsible for vocational training shall inform the body or authority that issued it.

Les contrôles mentionnés à l’article L. 6316-3 peuvent être mutualisés entre les financeurs mentionnés à l’article L. 6316-1. Ces financeurs effectuent auprès du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle tout signalement utile et étayé relatif à la qualité des actions de formation professionnelle. Lorsque les constats opérés sont susceptibles de remettre en cause une certification délivrée en application de l’article L. 6316-1, le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle en informe l’organisme ou l’instance qui l’a délivrée.
