Article R6321-4 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of a collective agreement at company or branch level, the employee’s agreement to training activities taking place outside working hours, as provided for in 2° of article L. 6321-6, is in writing. It may be terminated by the employee within eight days of its conclusion.

En l’absence d’accord collectif d’entreprise ou de branche, l’accord du salarié sur les actions de formation se déroulant hors du temps de travail, prévu au 2° de l’article L. 6321-6, est écrit. Il peut être dénoncé par ce dernier dans un délai de huit jours à compter de sa conclusion.
