Article R6322-11 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall declare that the authorisation has lapsed. The three-year period referred to in the third paragraph of Article L. 6322-1 runs from the date of notification of the express decision granting the authorisation.

Authorisations are valid for five years. For the first authorisation, this period is counted from the day on which the positive result of the compliance visit provided for in the same article is noted. For the renewal of the authorisation, this period is counted from the day following the expiry of the previous authorisation.

Confirmation of the authorisation in the event of a transfer does not affect the duration of the current authorisation.

Article R6322-11

La caducité de l’autorisation est constatée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé. Le délai de trois ans mentionné au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 6322-1 court à partir du jour de la notification de la décision expresse accordant l’autorisation.

La durée de validité des autorisations est de cinq ans. Pour la première autorisation, cette durée est comptée à partir du jour où est constaté le résultat positif de la visite de conformité prévue au même article. Pour le renouvellement de l’autorisation, cette durée est comptée à partir du lendemain de l’expiration de la précédente autorisation.

La confirmation de l’autorisation en cas de cession ne modifie pas la durée de l’autorisation en cours de validité.
