Article R6322-15 of the French Public Health Code

When they are not served by the in-house pharmacy of a health establishment by virtue of article R. 5126-13 , cosmetic surgery facilities may have an in-house pharmacy under the conditions provided for in article L. 5126-1 and articles R. 5126-8 to R. 5126-55.

Failing this, they must comply with the provisions of articles R. 5126-105 to R. 5126-112 for the supply, holding and dispensing of pharmaceutical products and medicines.

Lorsqu’elles ne sont pas desservies par la pharmacie à usage intérieur d’un établissement de santé en vertu de l’article R. 5126-13 , les installations de chirurgie esthétique peuvent disposer d’une pharmacie à usage intérieur dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 5126-1 et aux articles R. 5126-8 à R. 5126-55.

A défaut, elles se conforment pour l’approvisionnement, la détention et la dispensation des produits pharmaceutiques et des médicaments aux dispositions aux articles R. 5126-105 à R. 5126-112.
