Article R6322-21 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation holder may decide to add a doctor and a deputy to the composition of this committee, as well as a representative of the board of directors or the collegiate body acting in its place and a deputy. The doctor and alternate are chosen by and from among the doctors practising in the cosmetic surgery facility. The representative of the Board of Directors or the equivalent collegiate body and his/her alternate are chosen by and from among the members who do not represent the professionals.

Committee members are appointed for a renewable term of three years.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation peut décider de compléter la composition de ce comité par un médecin et un suppléant ainsi que par un représentant du conseil d’administration ou de l’organe collégial qui en tient lieu et un suppléant. Le médecin et son suppléant sont choisis par et parmi les médecins exerçant dans l’installation de chirurgie esthétique. Le représentant du conseil d’administration ou de l’organe collégial qui en tient lieu et son suppléant sont choisis par et parmi les membres qui n’y représentent pas les professionnels.

Les membres du comité sont nommés pour une durée de trois ans renouvelable.
