Article R6322-24 of the French Public Health Code

The Committee is convened by its Chairman at least once a year and as often as necessary to examine complaints and claims under the conditions set out in article R. 6322-25.

The Chairman shall not vote. In the event of a tied vote, the Committee shall be deemed to have given its opinion.

Article R6322-24

Le comité se réunit sur convocation de son président au moins une fois par an et aussi souvent que nécessaire pour procéder à l’examen des plaintes et réclamations dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6322-25.

Le président ne prend pas part aux votes. En cas de partage égal des voix, le comité est regardé comme ayant donné son avis.
