Silence on the part of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency will be deemed to constitute rejection of the application on expiry of a period of four months from the date on which the application file is complete or deemed to be complete.
Where the application is for renewal of the authorisation, silence on the part of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for more than four months from the same date will be deemed to constitute tacit renewal of the authorisation on the date it expires.
These time limits are extended to six months when the Director General of the Regional Health Agency decides to have an inspection of the facilities carried out when examining an application for renewal or when examining the application for confirmation of authorisation in the event of transfer of operation as provided for in Article R. 6322-10.
