Article R6323-14-4 of the French Labour Code

The regional inter-professional joint committee will give priority to mobilising the rights registered on the personal training account of the employee who has been the subject of a decision to cover his or her professional transition project.

The employee may benefit from additional funding paid to the regional inter-professional joint committee by the funders mentioned in II of article L. 6323-4.

La commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale mobilise prioritairement les droits inscrits sur le compte personnel de formation du salarié ayant fait l’objet d’une décision de prise en charge de son projet de transition professionnelle.

Le salarié peut bénéficier de compléments de financement versés à la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale par les financeurs mentionnés au II de l’article L. 6323-4.
