The regional inter-professional joint committee will examine the employee’s file.
It will check compliance with the conditions of seniority and access set out in paragraph 1 of this section and in article R. 6323-10, as well as the ability of the training provider, as required by article L. 6316-1, to provide quality training.
The commission assesses the relevance of the professional project in the light of the following cumulative criteria:
1° The coherence of the professional transition project designed to enable a change of trade or profession;
2° The relevance of the training pathway and financing arrangements envisaged following the preliminary positioning action;
3° The employment prospects at the end of the training course, particularly in the region.
