In each army health service medical centre, the Minister for Defence appoints an army doctor or pharmacist who is responsible for ordering, holding, controlling and managing the health products mentioned in article R. 6326-1, as well as dispensing them.
These health products are held in a place to which access is limited to persons authorised for this purpose by the doctor or pharmacist mentioned in the first paragraph.
Medicines are kept under the conditions provided for in the marketing authorisation or, in the case of medicines mentioned in II and III of article L. 5124-8, by the Armed Forces Central Pharmacy.
Medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices are stored under the conditions laid down by the manufacturer.
