The holder of a savings account may be exempted from repayment in exceptional circumstances, by decision of the authority signing the agreement or, in the case of a training course not covered by an agreement, by decision of the regional prefect.

Le titulaire d’un livret d’épargne peut être exonéré du remboursement en fonction de circonstances exceptionnelles, par décision de l’autorité signataire de la convention ou, dans le cas d’un stage ne faisant pas l’objet d’une convention, par décision du préfet de région.
