Article R6341-22 of the French Labour Code

The provisions relating to the periodicity of the professional transition leave, set out in article R. 6323-10-3, do not apply to the holder of a savings passbook and his or her employed spouse, partner linked by a civil solidarity pact or cohabiting partner.

In the year preceding or following the maturity of the savings plan, they may take individual training leave of up to 400 hours to prepare them for the role of company manager, without any time limit.

Les dispositions relatives à la périodicité du congé de transition professionnelle, prévues par l’article R. 6323-10-3, ne s’appliquent pas au titulaire d’un livret d’épargne et à son conjoint salarié, partenaire lié par un pacte civil de solidarité ou concubin.


Ils peuvent bénéficier, sans condition de délai, dans l’année qui précède ou qui suit l’échéance du plan d’épargne, d’un congé individuel de formation d’une durée maximum de 400 heures en vue de les préparer à la fonction de chef d’entreprise.
