Article R6341-24-7 of the French Labour Code

The remuneration due to jobseekers and self-employed workers who do not fall into the category defined in article D. 6341-26 is set by decree according to one or more of the following criteria:

1° Their personal situation;

2° Their age;

3° Their previous salaried activity;

4° The category of training course defined by the State.

Article R6341-24-7

La rémunération due aux personnes en recherche d’emploi et aux travailleurs non-salariés qui n’entrent pas dans la catégorie définie à l’article D. 6341-26 est fixée par décret en fonction d’un ou plusieurs des critères suivants :

1° Leur situation personnelle ;

2° Leur âge ;

3° Leur activité salariée antérieure ;

4° La catégorie de stages définie par l’Etat.
