Article R6341-24-8 of the French Labour Code

The following are revalued on 1st April each year by application of the coefficient mentioned inarticle L. 161-25 of the Social Security Code :

1° The amounts paid as remuneration for the training periods mentioned in 2° and 3° of article L. 6341-2 and in article L. 6341-3, except where such remuneration is determined by taking into account a previous salary;

2° The minimum and maximum amounts of remuneration for all the training periods mentioned in 2° and 3° of Article L. 6341-2 and in Article L. 6341-3, as well as those mentioned in Article R. 6341-32-2;

3° The amount of the monthly instalments paid in application of article R. 6341-40.

Article R6341-24-8

Sont revalorisés le 1er avril de chaque année par application du coefficient mentionné à l’article L. 161-25 du code de la sécurité sociale :

1° Les montants versés au titre de la rémunération des stages mentionnés aux 2° et 3° de l’article L. 6341-2 et à l’article L. 6341-3, sauf lorsque cette rémunération est déterminée en tenant compte d’un salaire antérieur ;

2° Les montants minimum et maximum des rémunérations de l’ensemble des stages mentionnés aux 2° et 3° de l’article L. 6341-2 et à l’article L. 6341-3, ainsi que ceux mentionnés à l’article R. 6341-32-2 ;

3° Le montant des acomptes mensuels versés en application de l’article R. 6341-40.
