Article R6351-14 of the French Labour Code

The purpose of the processing mentioned in Article R. 6351-13 is to enable:

1° The submission of the declaration of activity provided for in Article L. 6351-2 and the amending declaration provided for in Article L. 6351-5, as well as the transmission of the educational and financial report provided for in Article L. 6352-11 by the service providers mentioned in Article L. 6351-1 ;

2° Examining declarations of activity, including amending declarations, receiving educational and financial reports and updating information on registered providers, in particular for the purposes of inspections by the agents mentioned in Article L. 6361-5;

3° Steering and evaluating training and monitoring policy, in particular by means of statistics;

4° Providing the public, funding bodies and those involved in vocational training with reliable, up-to-date information on registered service providers who are up to date with their administrative obligations in accordance with Article L. 6351-7-1;

5° Informing the service providers mentioned in Article L. 6351-1 about the educational and financial report provided for in Article L. 6352-11.

Article R6351-14

Le traitement mentionné à l’article R. 6351-13 a pour finalités de permettre :

1° Le dépôt de la déclaration d’activité prévue à l’article L. 6351-2 et de la déclaration rectificative prévue à l’article L. 6351-5, ainsi que la transmission du bilan pédagogique et financier prévu à l’article L. 6352-11 par les prestataires mentionnés à l’article L. 6351-1 ;

2° L’instruction des déclarations d’activité, y compris les déclarations rectificatives, la réception des bilans pédagogiques et financiers et l’actualisation des informations relatives aux prestataires enregistrés, notamment pour les besoins du contrôle par les agents mentionnés à l’article L. 6361-5 ;

3° Le pilotage et l’évaluation de la politique de formation et de contrôle, notamment au moyen de la statistique ;

4° La mise à disposition du public, des financeurs et des acteurs de la formation professionnelle, des informations fiables et actualisées sur les prestataires déclarés et à jour de leurs obligations administratives conformément à l’article L. 6351-7-1 ;

5° L’information des prestataires mentionnés à l’article L. 6351-1 relative au bilan pédagogique et financier prévu à l’article L. 6352-11.
