Article R6351-6 of the French Labour Code

Within thirty days of receipt of the declaration completed with the supporting documents referred to in article R. 6351-5, the Regional Prefect will issue a receipt with a registration number to the organisation that satisfies the conditions for registration of the declaration of activity.

Until this receipt is issued or the decision to refuse registration is notified, the organisation is deemed to have been declared.

With the exception of the first vocational training agreement or contract, the training provider shall include this registration number on the agreements and, in the absence of agreements, on the order forms, quotes or invoices, or the vocational training contracts that it concludes, in the following form: declaration of activity registered under the number with the prefect of the region of …..

Dans les trente jours qui suivent la réception de la déclaration complétée des pièces justificatives mentionnées à l’article R. 6351-5, le préfet de région délivre un récépissé comportant un numéro d’enregistrement à l’organisme qui satisfait aux conditions d’enregistrement de la déclaration d’activité.

Jusqu’à la délivrance de ce récépissé ou la notification de la décision de refus d’enregistrement, l’organisme est réputé déclaré.

A l’exception de la première convention ou du premier contrat de formation professionnelle, le prestataire de formation fait figurer ce numéro d’enregistrement sur les conventions et, en l’absence de conventions, sur les bons de commandes, devis ou factures, ou les contrats de formation professionnelle qu’il conclut, sous la forme suivante : déclaration d’activité enregistrée sous le numéro auprès du préfet de région de….
