Article R6351-7 of the French Labour Code

Any person who holds, de jure or de facto, a managerial, apprentice-teaching or administrative position in a training organisation within the meaning of this Title must, at the request of the regional prefect with territorial jurisdiction, produce a bulletin no. 3 of their criminal record that is less than one month old.

Toute personne qui exerce, en droit ou en fait, une fonction de direction, d’enseignement aux apprentis ou d’administration dans un organisme de formation au sens du présent titre présente, sur demande du préfet de région territorialement compétent, un bulletin n° 3 de son casier judiciaire de moins d’un mois.
