Article R6352-23 of the French Labour Code

The declared training provider sends its educational and financial report to the regional prefect and, when this report is sent in accordance with the procedures defined in the second paragraph, to the ministry responsible for vocational training, before 30 April each year.

This report may be sent by electronic means using the teleservice provided for in article R. 6351-13.

Article R6352-23

Le prestataire de formation déclaré adresse au préfet de région et, lorsque ce bilan est adressé selon les modalités définies au second alinéa, au ministère chargé de la formation professionnelle, son bilan pédagogique et financier avant le 30 avril de chaque année.

Ce bilan peut être adressé par voie dématérialisée au moyen du téléservice prévu à l’article R. 6351-13.
