Article R6361-1 of the French Labour Code

Before taking up their duties, the control officers mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6361-5 take an oath before the judicial court of their administrative residence in the following terms: “I swear to carry out the control duties entrusted to me with accuracy and probity, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force”.

Avant d’entrer en fonction, les agents de contrôle mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6361-5 prêtent serment devant le tribunal judiciaire de leur résidence administrative en ces termes : « Je jure d’accomplir avec exactitude et probité, en conformité avec les lois et règlements en vigueur, les missions de contrôle qui me sont confiées ».
