Article R6362-1-2 of the French Labour Code

The ex officio assessment is established on the basis of the declarations submitted in respect of vocational training, information collected from the administrations and bodies referred to in article L. 6362-1 or during inspections by the agents referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 6361-5 of the bodies or companies participating in the financing of the actions referred to in article L. 6313-1.

The bases or elements used to calculate the reimbursements or payments to be made to the Treasury and the methods used to determine them are notified to the interested party in accordance with article L. 6362-9 with the guarantees provided for in articles R. 6362-2 to R. 6362-6.

The person concerned may comment on the determination of the figures by the administration.

L’évaluation d’office est établie à partir des déclarations souscrites en matière de formation professionnelle, des informations recueillies auprès des administrations et organismes visés à l’article L. 6362-1 ou à l’occasion de contrôles par les agents mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6361-5 des organismes ou entreprises participant au financement des actions mentionnées à l’article L. 6313-1.

Les bases ou les éléments servant au calcul des remboursements ou des versements à opérer au bénéfice du Trésor public et leurs modalités de détermination sont notifiés à l’intéressé conformément à l’article L. 6362-9 avec les garanties prévues aux articles R. 6362-2 à R. 6362-6.

L’intéressé peut faire valoir ses observations sur la détermination des éléments chiffrés par l’administration.
