Article R6362-1-3 of the French Labour Code

The formal notice shall state the reasons on which it is based. It shall specify the period of time available to the party concerned to allow the officials to begin or resume the on-site inspection and shall reiterate the provisions applicable in the event that the ex officio assessment procedure is implemented. It is endorsed by the authority that commissioned the enforcement officer pursuant to article R. 6361-2.

La mise en demeure est motivée. Elle précise le délai dont dispose l’intéressé pour permettre aux agents de débuter ou de reprendre le contrôle sur place et rappelle les dispositions applicables dans le cas où la procédure d’évaluation d’office est mise en œuvre. Elle est visée par l’autorité qui a commissionné l’agent de contrôle en application de l’article R. 6361-2.
