Article R6362-2 of the French Labour Code

The notification of the results of the inspection provided for in article L. 6362-9 is made within a period not exceeding three months from the end of the investigation period, with an indication of the procedures available to the inspected body to make its observations.
The results of the audit may include observations addressed to the audited body.

When the ex officio assessment procedure is implemented, the aforementioned period is six months from the end of the period set by the formal notice.

Article R6362-2

La notification des résultats du contrôle prévue à l’article L. 6362-9 intervient dans un délai ne pouvant dépasser trois mois à compter de la fin de la période d’instruction avec l’indication des procédures dont l’organisme contrôlé dispose pour faire valoir ses observations.
Les résultats du contrôle peuvent comporter des observations adressées à l’organisme contrôlé.

Lorsque la procédure d’évaluation d’office est mise en œuvre, le délai mentionné ci-dessus est de six mois à compter de la fin de la période fixée par la mise en demeure.
