Article R6362-3 of the French Labour Code

The results of the checks provided for in articles L. 6361-1 to L. 6361-3 are notified to the person concerned, indicating the period within which he or she may submit written observations and, where appropriate, request a hearing.
This period may not be less than thirty days from the date of notification.

Les résultats des contrôles prévus aux articles L. 6361-1 à L. 6361-3 sont notifiés à l’intéressé avec l’indication du délai dont il dispose pour présenter des observations écrites et demander, le cas échéant, à être entendu.
Ce délai ne peut être inférieur à trente jours à compter de la date de la notification.
