Article R6362-6 of the French Labour Code

Any interested party who wishes to contest the administrative decision notified to him in application of article R. 6362-4 must submit a complaint, prior to any appeal, to the authority which took the decision.
A reasoned decision rejecting all or part of the complaint will be notified to the interested party.

Article R6362-6

L’intéressé qui entend contester la décision administrative qui lui a été notifiée en application de l’article R. 6362-4, saisit d’une réclamation, préalablement à tout recours contentieux, l’autorité qui a pris la décision.
Le rejet total ou partiel de la réclamation fait l’objet d’une décision motivée notifiée à l’intéressé.
