Any manager of a person referred to in I and 3° of II of Article L. 612-2 who fails to make the transfer referred to in the last paragraph of Article R. 612-32 is liable to a fifth-class fine.
Repetition of the offence provided for in this article is punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the Criminal Code.
Est puni de la peine d’amende prévue par les contraventions de cinquième classe le fait pour tout dirigeant d’une personne mentionnée au I et au 3° du II de l’article L. 612-2 de ne pas effectuer le transfert mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 612-32.
La récidive de la contravention prévue au présent article est réprimée conformément à l’article 132-11 du code pénal.
