The terms and conditions of the establishment’s involvement are set out in a protocol signed by the Prefect of Mayotte, the Director General of the Indian Ocean Health Agency, the head of the prison and the director of the public health establishment, after consultation with the establishment’s Supervisory Board.

Les modalités d’intervention de l’établissement sont fixées par un protocole signé par le préfet de Mayotte, le directeur général de l’agence de santé de l’océan Indien, le chef de l’établissement pénitentiaire et le directeur de l’établissement public de santé, après avis du conseil de surveillance de cet établissement.
