Article R6523-2 of the French Labour Code

Employers in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin employing part-time, intermittent or home-working employees are only subject to the obligation to participate in the financing of continuing vocational training, as provided for by articles L. 6313-1 et seq., unless the total amount of wages paid during the year is at least equal to 520 times the minimum weekly growth wage.
In the event of the start or end of an activity, this number is reduced, for the year in question, in proportion to the number of weeks during which the activity is carried out.
