For the application of article D. 6121-11 to Mayotte, the words: “of the person’s region of residence” are replaced by the words: “of the Department of Mayotte”.
The provisions of Book II relating to apprenticeships are applicable in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.
For the application of article D. 6243-1 in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “at baccalauréat level” are replaced by the words: “at level 5”.
The minimum amount referred to in article L. 6522-3 is set at 25,000 euros.

The approved skills operators of one or more professional branches concerned submit a request for management of the contributions mentioned in article D. 6523-2-1 to the ministers responsible for vocational training and overseas France. This request must be accompanied by evidence of compliance with the condition laid down in article D. 6523-2-1.
In the statistical and financial statement provided for in article R. 6332-31, the skills operators authorised in application of article D. 6523-2-1 mention, for the local authority or authorities concerned, the amounts of funds managed and funds spent, as well as the number of employees concerned.
The authorisation referred to in article D. 6523-2-2 is revoked, by joint order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and for overseas France, after an adversarial procedure, when the condition justifying its issue is no longer met.
