Article R6523-22 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of sub-section 1 of this section, with the exception of article R. 6523-19, are applicable to Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin subject to the following adaptations:

1° The powers of the Regional Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance are exercised by the Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance;

2° The powers devolved to the Prefect of the Region are exercised by the Representative of the State in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin;

3° The powers devolved to the President of the Regional Council are exercised by the President of the Territorial Council;

4° References to the region, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and La Réunion are replaced by those of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin;

5° References to the Departmental Council are replaced by those of the Territorial Council.

Les dispositions de la sous-section 1 de la présente section, à l’exclusion de l’article R. 6523-19, sont applicables à Saint-Barthélemy et Saint-Martin sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Les attributions du comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles, sont exercées par le comité de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles ;

2° Les attributions dévolues au préfet de région sont exercées par le représentant de l’Etat à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin ;

3° Les compétences dévolues au président du conseil régional sont exercées par le président du conseil territorial ;

4° Les références à la région, à la Guadeloupe, à la Guyane, à la Martinique et à La Réunion sont remplacées par celles de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin ;

5° Les références au conseil départemental sont remplacées par celles du conseil territorial.
