Article R6523-18 of the French Labour Code

In III of Article R. 6123-3, the following provisions are added after the third paragraph:

3° Each year, the activities of the Overseas Agency for Mobility and Adapted Military Service in the local authority ;

4° Each year, a report on the activities of the Departmental Council, the Assembly of French Guyana or the Assembly of Martinique in terms of aid for social and professional integration;

5° Each year, by the relevant State departments, the data relating to the overseas territory concerned included in the statistical and financial statements of the skills operators.

Article R6523-18

Au III de l’article R. 6123-3, sont ajoutées après le troisième alinéa les dispositions suivantes :

3° Chaque année, des activités de l’Agence de l’outre-mer pour la mobilité et du service militaire adapté dans la collectivité ;

4° Chaque année, du bilan des activités du conseil départemental, de l’assemblée de Guyane ou de l’assemblée de Martinique en matière d’aide à l’insertion sociale et professionnelle ;

5° Chaque année, par les services compétents de l’Etat, des données relatives au territoire d’outre-mer concernées figurant dans les états statistiques et financiers des opérateurs de compétences.
