Article R6523-12 of the French Labour Code

Trainees residing in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique or Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and who are following a course giving rise to remuneration payable by the State, the region or the local authority in one of the other aforementioned departments or local authorities are entitled to reimbursement by the State of all transport costs incurred at the beginning and end of the course to travel to and from the training establishment.
These trainees are also entitled to reimbursement by the State of three quarters of the transport costs incurred in travelling to visit their family in one of the aforementioned departments, on the basis of one journey per course lasting more than six months.

Les stagiaires résidant en Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique ou à Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin et qui suivent un stage donnant lieu à rémunération à la charge de l’Etat, de la région ou de la collectivité dans l’un des autres départements ou collectivités précités ont droit au remboursement par l’Etat de la totalité des frais de transport exposés au début et à la fin du stage pour rejoindre l’établissement de formation et en revenir.
Ces stagiaires ont également droit au remboursement par l’Etat des trois quarts des frais de transport exposés pour se rendre dans leur famille, dans l’un des départements précités, à raison d’un voyage par stage d’une durée supérieure à six mois.
