Article R6523-10 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 6341-49 are applicable to trainees in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint-Barthélemy or Saint-Martin who are following a training course giving entitlement to remuneration payable by the State, region or local authority.
