Article R6523-2-11 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of an application for authorisation submitted under the conditions of article R. 6523-2-10, or if the applications submitted do not meet the conditions laid down in I of the same article, the ministers responsible for vocational training and for overseas departments and territories shall designate by order an inter-professional skills operator approved under article L. 6332-1-1 responsible for managing the contributions mentioned in Title III of Book One of Part Six of this Code.

A défaut de demande d’autorisation présentée dans les conditions de l’article R. 6523-2-10, ou si les demandes présentées ne remplissent pas les conditions prévues au I du même article, les ministres chargés de la formation professionnelle et des outre-mer désignent par arrêté un opérateur de compétences interprofessionnel agréé au titre de l’article L. 6332-1-1 chargé de gérer les contributions mentionnées au titre III du livre premier de la sixième partie du présent code.
