Trainees residing in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy or Saint-Martin who, in the same department or local authority, attend a training course for which the State or region pays are entitled to :
1° reimbursement by the State or the region of all transport costs incurred at the beginning and end of the course to reach the training establishment or centre and return, provided that the distance to be covered from their home is greater than 25 km;
2° reimbursement of three quarters of the transport costs incurred to visit their family, provided that the distance to be covered is greater than 25 km, on the basis of :
a) For trainees under the age of eighteen, one journey per month;
b) For other trainees:
– if they are single, one journey if the duration of the training period is more than eight months;
– if they are married, in a civil solidarity pact, cohabiting or with family, one journey if the duration of the training period is between three and eight months and two journeys if this duration is more than eight months.
