Article R663-12-1 of the French Commercial code

The court-appointed administrator shall be allocated, in respect of the work he has carried out in connection with the new cash contributions provided for in L. 626-10, a fee, the maximum amount of which is set by order made pursuant to Article L. 444-3, taking into account the cumulative amount of these contributions authorised by the juge-commissaire or mentioned in the judgment adopting the plan.

This remuneration is earned only on proof of payment of the funds.

Article R663-12-1

Il est alloué à l’administrateur judiciaire, au titre des diligences qu’il a effectuées dans le cadre des nouveaux apports de trésorerie prévus à L. 626-10, un émolument dont le montant maximum est fixé par arrêté pris en application de l’article L. 444-3, tenant compte du montant cumulé de ces apports autorisés par le juge-commissaire ou mentionnés dans le jugement arrêtant le plan.

Cette rémunération n’est acquise que sur la justification du versement des fonds.
