The liquidator shall be allocated, in respect of the task of drawing up the inventory entrusted to him pursuant to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article L. 641-2, a fee determined by an order made pursuant to article L. 444-3.

Il est alloué au liquidateur, au titre de la mission de réalisation de l’inventaire qui lui est confiée en application des dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 641-2, un émolument déterminé par un arrêté pris en application de l’article L. 444-3.
